Shipping Policy
- Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship within Greece with ACS as our primary provider, while for international shipments, our main provider is DHL. - Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time by a courier service is 1 business day. If your order is considered as a bulky parcel (look below at shipping costs) and therefore sent with a freight company the estimated delivery time is 2 working days.
Note: If the product is in stock and the order is placed by 14:00, it will be delivered to the recipient on the next working day.
Delivery to remote areas may vary but will not exceed 5 working days from the date the order is handed over to the courier.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only, and delays may occur—particularly in remote areas or during public holidays.
Shipments are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Note: Orders placed by 14:00 on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 14:00 on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday. - Shipping Costs
Detailed delivery charges are as follows:
Flat rate: €7.00. Please note that charges related to customs duties, VAT, and EORI are determined based on the applicable laws and regulations of each destination country.
Note: For individual customers abroad, VAT is charged as usual and included in the flat rate.
For businesses and EU customers, VAT is not applied.
Weight-based rate: Heavy parcels, weighing 5kg and more, are shipped via freight carrier, upon prior arrangement with the customer.
Bulky items: For large or heavy items such as professional printers, UPS units, or bulk orders, we strongly recommend using a freight transport company, as courier charges may exceed €20.
Please note:
Cash on delivery is not available. Payment must be completed exclusively via bank deposit.

All listed prices include VAT.
- Order Handling Time
Once a product’s availability is confirmed, the order is prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days. For orders containing customized items, the processing time is also 1–2 business days. - Tracking Information
All shipments are tracked.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to you via email by the courier service. - Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery
Deliveries are made to the ground floor/sidewalk only, not to upper floors. For floor delivery options or costs, please contact us.
If the recipient is absent during delivery, the parcel can be picked up from the courier’s local office.
The courier company will hold the parcel for 4 working days. If it is not collected within this period, it will be returned to us without further notice.
In the event of failed delivery and return, additional courier charges- equal to the return shipping costs- may apply.
- Delays & Liability
In the event of delays (e.g., force majeure, courier issues), the courier service remains responsible for ensuring safe delivery. The courier company is responsible for contacting you to ensure the safe delivery of your order. - Shipping Damage or Loss
If an item is damaged or lost during transit, the courier service bears the risk until the completion of delivery. Please also note that the products are insured for shipping by courier. Therefore, no further charges apply to the customer.
In any case, we will keep you informed and handle any issues reported within 14 days of shipment. - Right of Withdrawal (Returns & Refunds)
In compliance with Greek law:
Customers have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving their order, that applies to sealed and unused packages.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item was incorrect or defective.
Initial shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error lies with the marketplace.
