Shipping

Shipments are made exclusively within Greece via Courier service. The cooperating courier company keeps cash on delivery parcels for up to 4 working days. If they are not received within this period, they are returned without prior notice.

How to ship your order:

Shipping all over Greece. The shipment of products is carried out through a courier company. Shipments are made daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Shipping cost for the basic charge: 7,00€

Bulky parcel shipments:

For heavy and bulky packages, such as business printers, UPS, printing paper, or large orders, shipping via a carrier is recommended to reduce shipping costs. Cash on delivery is not available for shipments through a shipping company and payment of the order is made by bank deposit. Indicatively, the charges for shipments with a transport company are: 20,00€ per package. In case your order is shipped with a transport company, the delivery will be made on the sidewalk, on the ground floor, and not on a specific floor. For floor transfer costs, please contact us.

Delivery time:

Upon completion of your order, shipping takes place within 1 to 3 working days, if the product is available. If your order is placed before 14.00 and is available, it will be shipped the same day and delivered the next working day. For remote areas, this time may vary, with the delivery responsibility belonging to the courier company, not exceeding 5 working days from the delivery of the order to the courier company.
